CAHS MembersThe American Fisheries Society Fish Health Conference was held Charlottetown July 10-12, 2008, with a great deal of organizational and logistical effort volunteered by CAHS. It had over 150 participants, primarily from US but also from Europe and Chile. The AVC Centre for Aquatic Health Sciences group held a pre-conference workshop on Design of Clinical Field Trials and had 29 participants. During the conference, our researchers and graduate students gave 9 presentations that were truly cutting edge reflecting their presence at the forefront of aquatic epidemiology application to real aquaculture problems.
