Innovation PEI recently awarded graduate student Jessica Willis funding support to research and develop molecular assays for ensuring that Island oysters remain safe for human consumption. 

Drs. Carol McClure, JT McClure, Spencer Greenwood and Jeff Davidson of the Atlantic Veterinary College are also involved in this project which additionally received $9,992 from the AVC Research Fund.
