During the month of June, Carol McClure attended the "Applied Genomics to Improve Aquatic Animal Health" International Workshop held in Barcelona, Spain. Carol was part of the Canadian contingent and was invited for her experience in aquatic animal health. The workshop included an international group with representatives from Canada, Spa in, Chile, and Norway. The purpose of the meeting was to take a large-scale, integrated approach to address a number of marine science priorities that are relevant to the participating countries.
