Attention all CAVEPM enthusiasts:

• There is still time to register and take advantage of the early registration fees for the workshops and conference. Those rates are effective until April 22, 11:50 pm.  A block of hotel rooms has also been reserved for the conference at the Hotel le Dauphin and will be held until April 22.

• The workshop on advanced logistic regression models given by Joseph Hilbe has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Fortunately, we were able to replace it by a workshop (in English) on Time series analysis given by Alain Latour de from the “Université du Québec à Montréal”. Registrations are now open for this new pre-conference workshop. Please visit our website for further information on this workshop.

• We still have a few seats (but not many) for the post-conference workshop on Burden and health economics assessment of zoonotic infections with Hélène Carabin from the University of Oklahoma.

• Thanks to financial help obtained from the “Agence universitaire de la francophonie”, we are proud to announce that simultaneous translation will be available during the time of the conference. This will allow all speakers to present in the language they feel most comfortable with.
