Dr. Jeff Davidson is the recepient of the Pfizer Award for Research Excellence for 2009.

Jeff has worked extensively to establish and expand his unique area of research to the great benefit of UPEI and the Prince Edward Island shellfish industry.  He is a true pioneer in his field and has extablished a world-wide reputation for his expertise in shellfish and shrimp health management.  This is a much overdue accolade for one of our most procutive and affable researchers. Well done Jeff!
