CVER would like to congratulate graduate student Carrie Lavers and her husband Mike Carruthers on the birth of their little girl, Leah Frances,  weighing in at 7lbs,7oz. 

Lean was born at 2:50 am on Wednesay, April 6 and is the third child for Carrie and Mike.
