PhD Student Jessica Willis wins award at CSZ-SCZ meeting!

PhD Student Jessica Willis presented an oral research abstract at the Canadian Society of Zoologists meeting in Guelph, Ontario in May.

The presentation title was "Detection of Cryptosporidium sp. and Giardia duodenalis in Eastern oysters (Crassostrea virginica) from Prince Edward Island, Canada".  Jessica won the Murray Fallis award for best student research given as an oral presentation in the Parasitism, Immunity, and Environment section of the society.

Jessica's co-supervisors are Drs. J McClure and Spencer Greenwood.
