Fernanda Dorea, originally from Brazil, joined CVER to work on a project of surveillance and emerging disease from laboratory submissions.

Fernanda will be doing her PhD under the supervision of Drs. Revie and Sanchez.

Before joining CVER, Fernanda completed her DVM in her native country and then moved to Georgia in the US where she obtained her Masters degree working on disease modeling of Avian Influenza.
