Glen DuizerDr. Glen Duizer (AVC 1995) has recently joined CVER as a graduate student in epidemiology.

Following graduation from AVC in 1995, Glen spent 10 years in private practice (primarily food animal practice) in Nova Scotia and then joined the Manitoba Dept. of Agriculture, working with the Animal Health and Welfare group. Over the past couple of years, Glen has been taking graduate level epidemiology related courses and formally entered our MSc program in January 2009. He will spend this semester and the summer here in PEI working on completing his required course work and carrying out research for his MSc thesis. Glen will be working with Crawford Revie and Ian Dohoo on a project titled "The use of laboratory data for animal health surveillance in Manitoba". Welcome
