Ceballos and Sanchez Garner First Prize Award

Javier Sanchez of CFIA and Alejandro Ceballos of UPEI's Health Management Department received First Prize 'Award to Investigation in Latin America' by Alltech Inc. for their work on Meta-analysis of oral selenium supplementation and its effect on milk Se concentration.

Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis course in Grenada

Over 30 participants from around the Caribbean region, ranging from Trinidad in the south to the Turks and Caicos in the north, joined with St. George's University faculty and students in learning how to conduct systematic reviews and meta-analyses in order to answer important research questions.

Janet Bryanton, Associate Professor for the Department of Nursing at UPEI recently received the Nurse to Know- Centennial Achievement Award as part of CNA's 100th year celebrations.
